About Me
I’ve learned a lot—sometimes the hard way—and now I’m passionate about helping others skip the guesswork. My approach is grounded in transparency, love, dignity, authenticity, and equity. If you’re ready to learn from real-world experience (and a few mistakes turned lessons), you’re in the right place.
Over the years, I’ve built and successfully run three thriving businesses, designed and launched four websites, and helped countless clinicians start and grow their own private practices in our community. I’ve presented “Private Practice 101” workshops six times and developed two specialized trainings on “Parental Leave in Private Practice.” Along the way, I’ve participated in advanced business programs like Abundance Practice Building, Lean In Make Bank, and Harvard’s Executive Leadership Coaching.

This cohort is for EMDRIA Certified Therapists who are working toward becoming EMDRIA Approved Consultants. If you’ve completed your EMDRIA Certification and are ready to start your Consultant-in-Training (CIT) hours, this group will support you in building confidence and structure as you begin consulting with others.

The cohort includes 16 hours of consultation-of-consultation. This all all of the 20 hours required by EMDRIA to become a full Approved Consultant.

Consultation-of-consultation refers to supervision focused on your work as a consultant. You’ll bring cases and experiences from your own consultation sessions, and we’ll explore themes such as how to support consultees, manage challenges, and develop your consultation style. Think of it as consultation about your consultation skills.

Pause, Not yet, EMDRIA requires that you be fully EMDRIA Certified before beginning Consultant-in-Training (CIT) hours. If you’re still working on certification, you can absolutely reach out to discuss your timeline and plan ahead for a future cohort.

Because this is a closed cohort with limited spots, your payment reserves your space for the full 10 months. If you have to miss a session, you’ll still receive group notes and any shared resources for that month.

Yes, in addition to consultation skills, we’ll discuss marketing strategies, practice growth, and business troubleshooting for those looking to expand their consultation or private practice offerings.

This Cohort will open February 1, 2026, due to waiting on EMDRIA’s new rules regarding consultant requirements to ensure we are aligning with the guidelines.
